sharing my morning workout routine with you in partnership with @blueberries 👉🏼 it’s been looking a little different these days. Instead of lifting heavy weights in my living room - I’m lifting watering cans, bags of soil and mulch outside to nourish my garden! 🌿 so once I’m finished with making sure all of my plants are happy, I need some serious refuel. Blueberries are abundant in anthocyanins (plant compounds that give them their beautiful blue color) and are a good source of vitamin C, which means they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties to help with muscle recovery. Not to mention, these little gems contain fiber which helps to keep me full!
