It’s party time! Happy Cinco de Mayo my friends! Boy do I have the ultimate margarita guide for you! There is no doubt in my mind that this is one of my favorite ‘food’ holidays – I LOVE tacos and margaritas are ALWAYS my drink of choice – not just on this day. I’ve partnered with tons of awesome content creators to create MARGARITA WEEK! Whaaaaaat! I know – an entire week full of margaritas, sign me up! We are all creative in our own right and we’ve all put our own twist on an old classic. Mine? Guava Lime. Why? I live in south Florida and I love guava everything – plus cara cara orange would be way too predictable for me, am I right? I’m not gonna lie, I also threw around the idea of a ‘guava & cheese’ cocktail but I couldn’t get it to not sound super gross and weird. Would you have been into a guava and cheese cocktail? LMK. Like maybe some cream cheese on the rim or something? Is that weird? Okay i’m dropping it. Help!
Anyway, who doesn’t love a good taco?! I am almost positive that I could live on them for at least an entire week straight. There’s a super easy and delicious recipe to my go-to tacos HEREhttp://www.holajalapeno.com/margarita-week-4 ! I also gave you the recipe to all of my favorite fixings like cashew queso and pickled onions! Don’t knock it til you try it – did I mention they’re hot pink? Yeah, get on it friends.
Do you have a favorite Cinco de Mayo recipe? Tell me in the comments!
