Weeknight Dinners

Weeknight dinners. Don't we all love hate relationship with them? We need to eat but don't always have the energy to make something. I can totally relate to this. My goal was to create easy dinner recipes that take no time at all. We all want something that is flavorful and satiating at the same time. Healthy food just makes us feel better, so why can't it taste good too?

One of my favorite one pot meals to make is this Chicken Tagine. It's perfect because all you have to do is basically, throw everything into one pot. It's full of flavor and probably ingredients you might not always use together.

You can also use The Alternative Guide to Meal Prep if you're someone who likes to just pull something out of the fridge. There are tons of items you can prep individually and keep in Tupperware so you can easily throw them together for any meal at any time.

Just like any of the other recipes on this website, these are baselines. Especially when you're making dinner, feel free to pour a glass of wine and experiment with what you're making. Don't be afraid to throw in some new spices or ingredients - really make it your own.

Weeknight dinners are some of the best recipes to make because this is when we spend the most time with our family, most likely. These are special meals that deserve love and care and are supposed to be shared with loved ones.

sharing my morning workout routine with you in par sharing my morning workout routine with you in partnership with @blueberries 👉🏼 it’s been looking a little different these days. Instead of lifting heavy weights in my living room - I’m lifting watering cans, bags of soil and mulch outside to nourish my garden! 🌿 so once I’m finished with making sure all of my plants are happy, I need some serious refuel. Blueberries are abundant in anthocyanins (plant compounds that give them their beautiful blue color) and are a good source of vitamin C, which means they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties to help with muscle recovery. Not to mention, these little gems contain fiber which helps to keep me full!

Add cinnamon and cardamom to the Blueberry Milk recipe from https://blueberry.org/recipes/blueberry-milk/ to make it a Blueberry Cobbler Iced Coffee! Tell me, how do you refuel after a morning workout? 🫐 #ad
