Simple, Yet Elevated Healthy-ish Recipes, Wellness Tips, Clean Products
Prickly Fresh Recipes are clean, healthy-ish and slightly elevated. I thoroughly enjoy trying new flavors and experimenting with new spices. There are so many other areas of our lives where we have to follow the rules and I don't want the kitchen to be one of those places for you. There are no rules. Anything goes. Experiment, mix things together, try new things.
I want you to adapt these recipes to you and your families likes and dislikes. Create your own traditions and concoctions with them. In the end, it's all just food. You never know, sometimes there are happy accidents, and you can create something delicious.
