Healthy Breakfast Recipes don't have to be dry and boring. In fact, most of mine are on the sweet side and full of flavor. I have to admit, I'm not the biggest breakfast fan. I really don't enjoy eggs. So controversial, I know. I just can't get into them. I always find myself leaning more toward pancakes or waffles.
This section is definitely a reflection of my love of sweet breakfast. It's still healthy and most are dairy and gluten free. The Lemon Blueberry Muffins are probably my favorite. Also my favorite for when I have guests staying at my house. They usually can't believe that they're gluten and dairy free. The reason for that is because I personally, just feel better when my foods are free of those things.
Breakfast is such an intimate thing, don't you think? It can be shared on a large scale with friends and family or as a little morning date. I love getting up early in the morning and making breakfast with Kevin on the weekends. Ok maybe it's sleeping in, but you get the point!
