I always say that healthy is a lifestyle. There is no diet to fix your happiness. The way we eat and the products we use on and around our bodies makes such a huge impact. You can start small. Replace one of your toxic cleaning products with a non-toxic version. If you use that on your kitchen counter everyday, then it’s chemicals you’re breathing in everyday.
